Chapter 1

It all started on July 4, 2023 known previously in America as Independendence Day. We celebrated Independence Day with fireworks. Back in 1775 we got independence from the British so the day was marked as a holiday. In Boston,Massachusetts, fireworks were launched from barges and it was a day where everyone was happy. Today, July 4 had a different meaning. It was called Doom Day or D2-Day. It was the day the criminal group called Lamps took over the entire US at once surprising the US defence systems. Now if this was a normal attack, the defence systems would most likely destroy them and send them crashing in pieces. But this was not a normal attack. As soon as these war planes arrived the US defence network suddenly "dissengaged" and "shut down". These x-23 Nightwings flew around just shooting here and there to cause a panic and defeat any gaurds that came here to Boston on orders to keep the crowd calm. After the Nightwings flew away, the helicopters came. One of the 12 landed in middle of the crowd. There everyone made a circle around the helicopter wondering who would walk out of the vehicle. The windows were tinted so no one could see the inside. Suddenly a man with guards walked out.....
